Live Streaming Production in Melbourne

Broadcast-grade live streaming for Melbourne events, sports and corporate, not a laptop on a tripod. Multi-camera setups, ATEM live switching and professional audio.

Live Production That Looks Like Broadcast

Most live streams look like someone propped a phone against a water bottle. Ours don’t.

We deliver multi-camera live streaming with ATEM switching, wireless video transmitters, professional audio and real-time graphics. The kind of production quality you’d expect from a broadcast, applied to your event, your game or your corporate town hall.

Whether it’s a conference at a Southbank venue, a local footy final streamed to fans who can’t be at the ground, or a corporate keynote beamed to offices interstate, we build a live production setup that matches the scale and stakes of your event.

We stream to YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Vimeo and custom platforms. If your audience is watching from somewhere else, we’ll get it there.

Our Melbourne crew brings broadcast-grade live streaming to events that deserve more than a single static camera and a hope for the best.

Events We’ve Streamed

Case Study 1: FanCast AFL

Weekly Podcast Live Stream: Melbourne, on YouTube & TikTok

We don’t just stream for clients. We do it ourselves, every week. FanCast AFL goes live on YouTube and TikTok with multi-camera production, real-time switching and live audience interaction. It’s our AFL podcast streamed as a proper broadcast, not a screen recording. Running a weekly live stream means we’ve solved every problem you’re worried about: latency, audio sync, platform quirks, chat moderation, stream drops. We’ve dealt with it all so you don’t have to.

From Our Queenstown Studio: WellFest 2026

Festival Live Production: Queenstown, New Zealand

Three days. 350+ attendees. Four cameras. WellFest 2026 was a full live production, with multi-camera coverage across the main stage with wireless video transmitters, ATEM live switching and a roaming camera for candid moments. Real-time switching between camera angles gave the stream the feel of a broadcast, not a livestream. The production ran seamlessly across the entire festival with zero downtime.

From Our Queenstown Studio: Wakatipu Wild Ice Hockey

Sports Live Streaming: Queenstown, New Zealand

Live coverage of Wakatipu Wild ice hockey games at the Queenstown Ice Arena. Multi-camera setup with a platform position above the scorebox plus fixed cameras for full rink coverage. Three 20-minute periods, puck drop to final buzzer, streamed live for fans who can’t make it to the arena. Sports streaming demands reliability, fast switching and a crew that can keep up with the action. That’s exactly what we deliver.

More Than Just Pressing Record

Every live stream we produce is a full production. Here’s what that looks like:

Multi-camera setup: two, three or four camera positions depending on the venue and event. Every angle covered, every key moment captured from the right perspective.

ATEM live switching: real-time switching between camera feeds, graphics overlays and pre-recorded content. Your stream looks like a broadcast because it’s produced like one.

Wireless video transmitters: no cables across the venue floor. Our wireless systems give us camera flexibility without compromising signal quality.

Professional audio: separate audio feeds for speakers, performers and ambient sound. Mixed live and embedded in the stream. No tinny room audio.

Streaming to any platform: YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Vimeo or your own custom platform. We configure the stream to wherever your audience is watching.

Recording: every stream is simultaneously recorded in full quality. You walk away with a broadcast-grade archive file for repurposing, highlight edits and on-demand viewing.

Built for Events That Can’t Afford to Drop the Stream

Live streaming is unforgiving. There’s no second take, no “we’ll fix it in post.” That’s why the production setup matters more than anything else.

We work with event organisers, sports clubs, corporate teams, festivals and venues who need reliable, professional live streaming. Our clients typically fall into a few categories:

Events and festivals: multi-day events where remote audiences, sponsors or stakeholders need real-time access to what’s happening on stage.

Sports: game-day streaming for clubs and leagues that want to grow their audience beyond the stands. Ice hockey, AFL, football, cricket: we’ve covered it.

Corporate: town halls, keynotes, AGMs and internal events that need to reach distributed teams across multiple offices or time zones.

Hybrid events: in-person events with a live-streamed component for remote attendees. We make sure both audiences get a quality experience.

How It Works

1. Scope We start with the basics: venue, event type, audience size, streaming platform and any specific requirements. We’ll do a site recce where possible to plan camera positions and test connectivity.

2. Technical Plan Camera positions, switching workflow, audio routing, streaming configuration and a backup plan. Every live stream gets a documented technical plan before we arrive on site.

3. Setup & Test We arrive early, set up all equipment and run a full end-to-end test before the event goes live. No surprises.

4. Go Live On the day, we run the production from start to finish. Live switching, audio mixing, monitoring stream health and adapting in real time to whatever the event throws at us.

5. Deliver After the stream, you receive the full-quality recording file plus any highlight edits or social clips you’ve booked. Most turnaround within 5–7 business days.
