Cinematic event videography across Melbourne and Victoria. From brand launches in the CBD to conferences, galas and sports days in the suburbs, we bring multi-camera setups, live switching and cinematic post-production to events that deserve more than a highlights reel.
Professional Event Coverage Across Melbourne
Events move fast. You get one shot to capture what happens, and when the day’s over, the footage is all you’ve got. That’s why we don’t show up and hope for the best. We plan, crew up and build a production setup that matches the scale and energy of your event.
We film conferences, festivals, corporate functions, brand launches, networking events, sports days and live activations. Our setups range from a single-operator shoot for intimate events through to full multi-camera productions with live switching, wireless video transmitters and real-time streaming: the kind of broadcast-grade coverage most event videographers can’t offer.
Our Melbourne crew works with event organisers, brands and venues from Docklands to the Yarra Valley. Whether your event is a three-day festival or a two-hour corporate breakfast, it gets the same level of preparation and production quality.
More Than a Highlights Reel
Every event is different, but here’s what most clients walk away with:
Highlight film: a cinematic edit that captures the energy, atmosphere and key moments of your event. Typically 2–5 minutes, built for your website and social channels.
Full-length coverage: extended edits of keynotes, panels, performances or ceremonies for internal use, on-demand viewing or attendee access.
Social cuts: vertical, subtitled clips optimised for LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. Ready to post the same week.
Live streaming: real-time multi-camera streaming via ATEM switching for remote audiences, sponsors or stakeholders who can’t be in the room.
We tailor deliverables to what you actually need, not a one-size-fits-all package.
Events We’ve Covered
Case Study 1: Callaway Golf, Happy Gilmore 2 Netflix Launch
Brand Event: Melbourne
When Callaway Golf launched Happy Gilmore 2 in Melbourne, we were there to capture the action: ambassadors, sports stars, incredible swings and the kind of energy that only comes when sport, entertainment and genuine excitement collide. The brief was simple: capture every moment authentically, no stiff corporate shots. Just real content from a brilliant day.
Case Study 2: BNI Next Gen Richmond
Networking Event: Richmond, Melbourne
Not every event is a festival or a brand launch. BNI Next Gen Richmond is a weekly business networking group in Melbourne, the kind of event where the content value is in the relationships and the energy in the room. We documented the experience to showcase the community and the culture behind the business network.
From Our Queenstown Studio: WellFest 2026
Festival Production: Queenstown, New Zealand
Three days. 350+ attendees. Four cameras. WellFest 2026 was a full live production, with multi-cam coverage across the main stage with wireless video transmitters, ATEM live switching and a roaming camera for candid festival moments. Between performances we captured workshops, conversations and the unscripted moments that make events like this unforgettable. It is the same four-camera, live-switched setup we bring to Melbourne festivals and conferences.

How We Work
1. Brief & Recce You share your event details: schedule, venue, key moments and audience. We do a site recce where possible and build a camera plan around your priorities.
2. Crew & Setup We scale the crew and gear to match your event. Single camera for a boardroom. Four cameras and live switching for a festival. We bring what the event needs, nothing more and nothing less.
3. Capture On the day, we run a tight operation. Every camera has a role, every moment is accounted for, and we adapt in real time to whatever the event throws at us.
4. Edit & Deliver Highlight film, social cuts and full-length edits, colour graded, sound designed, subtitled and delivered on time. Most highlight edits are turned around within 5–10 business days.
Got an Event Coming Up?
A conference at MCEC, a product launch in Collingwood or a gala on the Mornington Peninsula: we’ll make sure it’s captured properly.
